• Crude drugs can be regarded as the substances either used directly or laterally as a medicine which haven’t been changed or modified in its chemical composition.
• The crude medicines of natural origin can be divided into two main orders as
- Organized crude medicines and
- Unorganized crude medicines.
If the medicines are carried from cellular corridor of shops in raw form is known as organized crude medicines whereas the medicines that are carried from non-cellular corridor of shops are known as unorganized crude medicines.
